Shipping Policy

Orders can take 1-7 business days to process before shipping.

All domestic orders will ship with USPS Priority Mail with a delivery time of 1-3 business days. All international orders will ship with DHL with a delivery time of 3-15 business days.

Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not take into account for unforeseen delays.

LenaKnows is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to not claiming a package and/or providing an incorrect address.
